I realize that not all of my readers are following the Scripture Challenge that I started last year, but it’s a new year and time to get busy memorizing!
Even if you didn’t commit to memorizing a passage from every book of the Bible, why not pick a few of these verses and challenge yourself in this discipline?
Because I’m a visual person, with every verse I created a printable so that I could use it on my phone and print it out. I updated all of the printables after realizing that some of them might not be user-friendly.
Here are the verses we’ve worked on so far, from Genesis to 2 Kings:
You can copy and save one or all of them (click here to print a singe 8.5 x 11 page containing all of them). Here are some of the ways I use them:
- Screensaver on your desktop or laptop
- Wallpaper for your phone’s home screen or lock screen
- Bookmark for whatever you’re reading
- Post it on your mirror, refrigerator or microwave
- Keep a separate “Memory Verses” file in your photos for easy review!
I’m taking a little time to review to make sure I’ve got these down, but I’m already working on my next post from 1 Chronicles, so get ready to get busy!
