How could I resist this week’s photo challenge from WordPress, when it melts my heart every time I see my grandchildren watching out the window, anxiously awaiting the arrival of their Nana and Pappy.

In this particular photo, our sweet little (almost 2-year-old) granddaughter was watching her Pappy mow the back yard and with every pass in his mowing circumference she would watch and wait for the opportunity to wave to her Pappy.

As she watched and waited, she would ask, “Pappy almost done?”–over and over until the yard was finished.   If you could see her sweet little face, you would see the adoration she has for Pappy.

One life’s sweetest blessings is the privilege of being a grandparent and I am beyond grateful that God has blessed us so…
